  • How to purchase

To purchase our products please fill in all of the blanks on the Order Form.

We will contact you as soon as possible in order to determine the production and shipping time, the cost of shipping and the payment method .

Since our products are handcrafted they are not always immediately available. Production time varies from 15 to 30 days according to the type of work and the quantity requested.

The order is confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of the Bank Wire Transfer and as soon as we receive the down payment of 30% for all orders over 1.500.000 lire.

 

  • How to Pay

We accept payment only by money order.  We will send all necessary bank information to you via email.

For purchases over 1.500.000 Lire we ask for a down payment of 30%.  The merchandise will be shipped upon the receipt of this payment.

 

  • Shipping

We ship via shipping companies or via the postal system.

The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are to be paid together with the merchandise.  If the customer resides outside the European Community, he/she must also pay any applicable customs fees.

 

  • Retail Purchases

Interested retailers can contact us by filling out the Form reserved especially for them.  They will then receive more detailed information and the list of wholesale prices.

 

  • Satisfaction Guaranteed Refund Policy

Italy has a refund law on all purchases made on-line(Decreto Legislativo 22/05/99 n. 185 "Execution of the directive CEE n. 97/7/CE relative to the production to the relative protection of the consumers  in reference to the contracts of distance.”  If you are not completely satisfied with an item, we will be happy to refund your money.

 Please return the merchandise within ten (10) days of the receipt of goods.

 Send a statement of your desire for a refund (including the name of the item you wish to return), details of your order and your bank account information to the following address:

Please make sure that all of the merchandise is present and that it is in its original packaging.  Include the delivery note and/or packaging slip.

When the merchandize arrives, we will verify that it is complete and, except in cases of damage and/or improper handling, will refund the customer within thirty (30) days (deducting any additional costs).  All shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

 

  • Privacy Law and Personal Information

According to Italian law (Legge 675/96) as soon as the customer supplies personal information for the purpose of purchase, it will be used solely for the purpose of carrying out the order.

ALESSANDRA COMPANY ensures maximum discretion in the handling of any personal information about the customer and promises to use this information solely for the business of completing and sending the order.  The customer can ask that his/her information be retracted or erased from the company files at any time simply by sending a request by certified mail to the above-mentioned address.
